The Atlantic Council’s Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center hosts a conversation unpacking the results of Colombia’s presidential runoff.

On Monday, June 22, join the Atlantic Council’s Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. ET/ 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. COT for a virtual event the morning after Colombia’s presidential runoff.

Following the June 21 vote, the discussion will unpack the results and look ahead to the security, economic, and social priorities that will shape the new government’s agenda. It will also explore what the outcome means for Colombia’s relationship with the United States.

This conversation builds on AALAC’s ongoing tracking of Colombia’s electoral cycle, including the recent publication “A renewed security and cooperation agenda for Colombia’s next government,” informed by the US-Colombia Strategic Alignment Coalition, and our previous X Space analyzing the first-round vote.
