Please join the Atlantic Council Global Energy Center for the next episode of EnergySource Innovation Stream. This series highlights energy innovations with the potential to reshape the global energy system through discussions with the companies and individuals working diligently to enable those innovations to impact and accelerate the energy transition. Climate change is already destabilizing weather patterns, and weather resiliency and predictability are becoming non-negotiable factors when working on energy installations. Intensifying storms can place wind turbine maintenance workers in danger, for example, or a foggy week can greatly limit the productivity and profitability of a solar farm. The energy sector of the future will need to be highly attuned to, and essentially impervious to, the weather. makes this a possibility. The company’s automated, personalized weather intelligence platform gives energy companies the ability to plan resource allocation into the medium and long term, protect workers, and prepare for outages. understands that both energy demand and supply are intimately linked with the weather, a link that will only become stronger as the transition forges on. Thus, by providing unparalleled weather insight that can place operations on surer footing, gives the organizations involved in the energy transition a far greater chance of success.
