Previously, he has worked in various research and advisory roles bridging capital markets and public policy in both private and public organizations. 

Tsirgis holds an MPA in International Finance with Distinction from Columbia University and the London School of Economics (LSE) and a BSc in International and European Studies from the University of Piraeus.
