Tina is an Investment Specialist with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) based in Tbilisi, Georgia, after spending three years with ADB in Manila, Philippines. She is part of the Private Sector Financial Institutions Division which provides development impact capital to banks and microfinance institutions in developing Asia. Tina is currently particularly focused on financial inclusion related transactions in Central Asia and the Caucasus.
Prior to joining ADB, Tina worked for Goldman Sachs in both Singapore and San Francisco focusing on equity capital markets in Asia and principal investments in the technology sector. Prior to this, Tina has worked with the International Chamber of Commerce conducting financial market research.
Tina holds a Master in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, a Master in Public Administration from Sciences Po Paris and a BS and BA from Converse College. Tina has also studied at the American University in Dubai, Bard College and at Georgetown University. She is a CFA Charterholder and speaks English, German, French, and Mandarin Chinese.
