Claire LeBlanc

Claire LeBlanc is a 2026–27 Millennium fellow and head of internal communications at Goldman Sachs, where her team focuses on engaging the firm’s global workforce. In addition, she serves as head of the executive office women’s network at the firm, having previously served as co-head of the Legal, Compliance, Conflicts, Internal Audit, and executive office women’s network for several years. She is also a certified mental health first aider. LeBlanc joined Goldman Sachs in 2010 as an analyst and worked in the firm’s Human Capital Management division for two years before joining the executive office. She was named managing director in 2023. LeBlanc earned a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Bowdoin College, with a major in economics, and during that time spent one year at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She grew up in France and the UK before moving to the US.
