Derry Goberdhansingh was a nonresident fellow with the Atlantic Council’s GeoTech Center and the founder and CEO of Harper Paige. He has over twenty years of experience in both the technology and management consulting sectors across the federal government and commercial markets. His experience spans development and implementation of AI systems, software development, cybersecurity, program management, strategy, logistics, and human capital.
Prior to founding Harper Paige, Goberdhansingh served in multiple roles in both delivery and business development. He served as the vice president of business development for E3 Federal Solutions where he was instrumental in leading the successful growth and development of a multi-year approach for organizational change and competitiveness. At Integrity Management Consulting, he was responsible for managing multiple teams across DoD and DHS. Of note during his time at RGS, Goberdhansingh was responsible for the architecture and cybersecurity of Command and Control (C2) systems within the DoD space, along with setting cybersecurity policies across the Navy for nearly five years.
Goberdhansingh is a member of Constellation Research’s Business Transformation 150 (BT150), an elite list of the top global executives leading innovative business transformation efforts across their organizations, for his work in the AI, blockchain, and cybersecurity arena. He is the recipient of the 2015 ACT-IAC Rookie of the Year award, as well as the 2015 Meritorious Service Award from AFCEA Bethesda. He is a graduate of the 2015 ACT-IAC Partners Program, is an active member of the Fellows network, and currently serves on various other committees at ACT-IAC and AFCEA. In addition, Goberdhansingh is the founder of MoCo FedPro, a networking group for those in the Federal and Civilian spaces.
