Dragos Barbosanu

Dragos Barbosanu is a 2026–27 Millennium fellow and a public affairs professional working at the intersection of public policy, infrastructure, and strategic investment. He currently serves as public affairs manager at Concelex, a Romanian infrastructure and construction company, where he focuses on identifying investment opportunities, monitoring funding frameworks, and managing institutional relations. Prior to this role, Barbosanu held several senior advisory positions within the Romanian government, including head of cabinet and senior communications adviser to ministers at the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of European Investments and Projects. His work involved coordinating policy communication, stakeholder engagement, and the implementation of major programs financed through European funds. Earlier in his career, Barbosanu worked in fiscal consulting and national media. His professional experience spans government, the private sector, and journalism.
