Janus Kizenevic

Janus Kizenevic is a 2026–27 Millennium fellow and the vice minister of finance of the Republic of Lithuania, a position he has held since May 2025. As vice minister, Kizenevic is responsible for EU and international affairs, regional development and investments, and capital and financial markets, including international financial institutions and fintech. Prior to this role, he held senior positions at Citibank and HSBC in London and Warsaw, where he focused on new investment products and services, risk management, corporate governance, transformation, and strategic projects. Kizenevic holds a master’s degree in law from Vilnius University and a master’s in finance and accounting from Warsaw School of Economics, with additional executive education experience at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
