Jean DeSombre is a senior executive with extensive experience working in the health care services, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries, having served in various senior management roles at Fresenius Medical Care, AstraZeneca, and Syngenta.

An experienced leader in change management, business development and innovation, negotiation, and mergers and acquisitions, she is a founding member of the Asia Pacific Women’s Leadership Initiative at Fresenius and a leading advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

She holds a JD from Harvard Law School and an MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
