Lin Yuan is a 2023 Women Leaders in Energy and Climate Fellow. She is an associate director at Pollination, where she helps clients leverage blended finance and innovative sustainability strategies to unlock greater resources for the just transition to a more climate-resilient and nature-positive future. Yuan has diverse experience working with financial institutions, nonprofits, and development banks on the design, development, and deployment of climate finance solutions, including upstream enabling environment policies, project preparation facilities, blended finance vehicles, and global co-investment partnerships. She has helped clients and partners mobilize capital for a just energy transition, enabling climate technology, regenerative agriculture, and blue economy projects. 

Prior to joining Pollination, Yuan was a sustainable finance consultant at EY. She is passionate about supporting the sustainable development of emerging and frontier markets and has done fieldwork in Southeast Asia. Yuan holds a bachelor of science in finance and marketing from Georgetown University.
