Morgan McMurray is the associate director of capacity building with the Cyber Statecraft Initiative, part of the Atlantic Council Tech Programs.
Prior to joining the Atlantic Council, McMurray was a Google public policy fellow and program associate for the Aspen Institute’s Aspen Digital policy program, where she focused on cybersecurity and the societal impacts of emerging technology. Previously, she managed digital content programs for companies including Nintendo and Ziff Davis.
McMurray holds a master of public administration from Columbia University and a bachelor of arts in English, international studies, and journalism from Iowa State University.
