Pavitra Raja

Pavitra Raja is a 2026–27 Millennium fellow and a systems strategist and lawyer working at the intersection of diplomacy, business, and innovation to strengthen global cooperation. At the World Economic Forum, she leads partnerships and business engagement across Asia-Pacific. Previously, she founded and led CEOs for Nature, a global coalition that mobilized more than fifty chief executive officers to accelerate nature-positive transformation across industries. She has also shaped program design, thought leadership, and strategic communications across social innovation for the World Economic Forum and the Schwab Foundation. A qualified Australian lawyer and certified leadership coach, Raja has also worked with the United Nations in multilateral policy settings. She has spoken at global forums, hosted the Let’s Fix It podcast, and written extensively on social innovation, inclusive leadership, and systems change. She is currently pursuing a PhD in corporate innovation. Raja has lived in seven countries, speaks four languages, and is the author of the forthcoming children’s book The Little Spark’s Journey.
