Sören Südhof is a participant on the 2024 Executive Leadership Intensive and a managing director at Jericho Capital, a global investment fund, where he is responsible for investments in technology enterprises in both the public and private markets. Previously, Südhof was a managing director at Maverick Capital and invested in healthcare and financial services technology at Parthenon Capital Partners. He began his career at Oliver Wyman, a global strategy consultancy, where he advised companies in Europe and the United States. Südhof is active as a mentor for 2Hearts, a European organization supporting entrepreneurs with an immigrant background, and at the German Accelerator, which helps introduce German companies to the US market. He also serves as a director of the nonprofit Enabling Peace in Iraq and at Synaptic Systems GmbH. Sören earned a BA at Yale and an MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar and won the Robichek award.
