Teodor N. Cataniciu is a 2023 Millennium fellow and a European entrepreneur, writer, and podcast host from Bucharest, Romania. Cataniciu was named one of the best entrepreneurs under thirty-five by the Dutch Financial Times and has been selected as one of Romania’s 30 Under 30 by Forbes. He has featured on platforms such as TEDx, Outlook Magazine, and Wall Street.

Cataniciu is a Polaris fellow at the University of Austin and an active opinion columnist writing on current affairs, building better cities, and advancing European unity. He is the host of the weekly Dialog Liber podcast with a mission to promote long-term thinking, intellectual curiosity, and nuanced debates. Cataniciu is a distinguished alumnus of the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University and a graduate of the University of Bucharest School of Law. He holds a finance-focused master of science from Columbia University, where he served as president of the class of 2020.
