On November 20, Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security Deputy Director Matthew Kroenig was mentioned in a National Interest article titled “How Biden Can Restore America’s Role Abroad.” Kroenig was mentioned in context on an Atlantic Council strategy paper he co-wrote that proposed recommendations for ways the United States could cooperate with other nations to establish a renewed commitment to democratic principles amidst growing security threats to the rules-based order.
