OGŁOSZENIE O LIKWIDACJI FUNDACJI
Niniejszym podaje do publicznej wiadomości, że w dniu 12 lutego 2026 r. Atlantic Council of the United States, Inc., amerykańska organizacja non-forprofit zarejestrowana zgodnie z prawem dystryktu Kolumbia, Stany Zjednoczone Ameryki, pod numerem FEIN #52-0742294 (dalej jako: „Fundator”), jako założyciel fundacji pod nazwą Fundacja Atlantic Council in Europe w likwidacji z siedzibą we Wrocławiu, adres: ul. Wystawowa 1, 51- 618 Wrocław, Polska, wpisanej do rejestru stowarzyszeń, innych organizacji społecznych i zawodowych, fundacji oraz samodzielnych publicznych zakładów opieki zdrowotnej, a także do rejestru przedsiębiorców Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy dla Wrocławia Fabrycznej we Wrocławiu, VI Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego, pod nr KRS: 0000509895, REGON: 022414569, NIP: 8982207527 (dalej jako: „Fundacja”), postanowił rozwiązać Fundację i otworzyć jej likwidację
Otwarcie likwidacji Fundacji zostało wpisane do Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego przez Sąd Rejonowy dla Wrocławia-Fabrycznej we Wrocławiu, VI Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego, pod sygnaturą akt WR.VI NS-REJ.KRS/8572/26/142, w dniu 2 marca 2026 r. na podstawie oświadczenia Fundatora z dnia 12 lutego 2026 r. w sprawie otwarcia likwidacji Fundacji i ustanowienia jej likwidatora, sporządzonego przez notariusza Artura Kozaka, Kancelaria Notarialna w Warszawie przy Alei Jana Pawła II nr 61 lok. 4, rep. A nr 1813/2026.
Likwidatorem Fundacji został ustanowiony Pan Christian Gaunt, uprawniony do samodzielnej reprezentacji Fundacji.
Niniejszym ogłoszeniem Fundacja – za pośrednictwem swojego likwidatora – wzywa ewentualnych wierzycieli i wszystkie podmioty lub osoby mające jakiekolwiek roszczenia w stosunku do Fundacji do ich zgłoszenia w terminie 14 dni od dnia publikacji tego ogłoszenia.
Zgłoszenia należy dokonywać na adres likwidatora Fundacji: Vistra Corporate Services sp. z o.o., ul. Towarowa 28, 00-839 Warszawa.
Niniejsze ogłoszenie zostało sporządzone w dwóch wersjach językowych: polskiej oraz angielskiej, w razie jakichkolwiek niezgodności między wersjami, rozstrzygać będzie wersja polska
NOTICE OF THE LIQUIDATION OF THE FOUNDATION
It is hereby announced that on 12 February 2026, the Atlantic Council of the United States, Inc., an American non-profit organisation registered under the laws of the District of Columbia, United States of America, under FEIN #52-0742294 (hereinafter referred to as the: “Founder”), as the founder of the foundation under the name Fundacja Atlantic Council in Europe w likwidacji, with its registered office in Wrocław, address: ul. Wystawowa 1, 51-618 Wrocław, entered into the register of associations, other social and professional organisations, foundations and independent public healthcare institutions, as well as in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Wrocław Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS No.: 0000509895, REGON: 022414569, NIP: 8982207527 (hereinafter referred to as the: “Foundation”), decided to dissolve the Foundation and commence its liquidation.
The commencement of liquidation was entered in the National Court Register by the District Court for Wrocław Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under file reference WR.VI NS REJ.KRS/8572/26/142, on 2 March 2026, on the basis of the Founder’s declaration of 12 February 2026 concerning the commencement of the Foundation’s liquidation and the appointment of its liquidator, drawn up by the notary Artur Kozak, Notary’s Office in Warsaw at Aleja Jana Pawła II 61, flat 4, ref. A No. 1813/2026.
Mr. Christian Gaunt has been appointed as the liquidator of the Foundation and is authorized to represent the Foundation independently.
By this notice, the Foundation – through its liquidator – hereby calls upon any creditors and all entities or individuals with any claims against the Foundation to lodge such claims within 14 days of the date of publication of this notice.
Applications should be sent to the Foundation’s liquidator address at: Vistra Corporate Services sp. z o.o., Towarowa 28, 00-839 Warsaw.
The notification has been drafted in two language versions: Polish and English: in the case of any discrepancies between these versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
