Energy security is only achievable through global partnerships

Elena Benaim is a nonresident fellow at the Atlantic Council Global Energy Center and a policy manager with the Energy Resilience Leadership Group, a multistakeholder coalition dedicated to advancing clean energy technology deployment.

Previously, she led policy initiatives on clean energy supply chains, carbon pricing, industrial strategy, and transatlantic relations for Carbon-Free Europe. She has also worked at the European Climate Foundation on the Climate for Trade Campaign.

Benaim holds an MA in global economic governance and public affairs from Luiss Guido Carli University and a bachelor of law degree from the University of Florence.
