Europe & EurasiaLinas Kojala is a 2025–2026 Millennium fellow and the chief executive officer of the Geopolitics and Security Studies Center. He teaches international relations at Vilnius University and is a widely recognized expert on global affairs. His commentary has been featured by CNN, the Chicago Tribune, Politico, BBC, Die Welt, and Berlingske. In 2023, he was named a Munich young leader by the Munich Security Conference and the Körber Foundation and received the Titanium Award from DELFI for outstanding foreign policy analysis. He has been selected for international leadership programs in Japan, France, and beyond, and has been ranked second among Lithuania’s most influential public figures. The author of two books on European politics and US foreign policy, he holds degrees from Vilnius University (BA and MA), a postgraduate Global Business Diploma from Oxford University, and an MBA from the University of Cambridge. A Fulbright scholar, he has also conducted research at Harvard University.
