David McCord

David McCord is a 2026–27 Millennium fellow and a Swiss-American space economy manager in Boston Consulting Group’s Aerospace and Defense practice. In parallel, he serves as a specialist officer in the Swiss Armed Forces reserves. McCord has conducted space policy research at NASA and at Harvard University’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, where he led work on transatlantic cooperation in space. Previously, he served as attaché for economic, financial, and scientific affairs at the Swiss Embassy in France, covering European space programs and managing Switzerland’s presence at major innovation and space events, including Viva Technology and the Space Symposium. He began his career in consulting at Deloitte and Accenture, working on public-sector strategy and digital transformation. McCord holds a master of public administration from Harvard Kennedy School, a master of science from HEC Paris, and a bachelor of arts from the University of St. Gallen. He is fluent in English, French, and German.
