From Anders Fogh Rasmussen, NATO: The NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen has written to the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to extend, on behalf of the Alliance, the deepest condolences to the families of the victims of Friday’s attacks targeting the UN offices in the Nigerian capital Abuja , and the deepest sympathy to the UN personnel who were injured.
