The Netherlands is modernizing its radar and frigates to participate in NATO missile defense

From Dutch News:  The [Netherlands] defence ministry has agreed to modernise the radar system for the air defence and commando frigates for the sea-based defence system, says the paper. This will allow missiles to be spotted and tracked.
