On Thursday, April 24 the Council was pleased to host an off-the-record working lunch conversation with Danylo Lubkivsky, Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine.

This discussion provided an opportunity to hear from Minister Lubkivsky on the barrage of disinformation Russia has unleashed against Ukraine and strategize ways to counter these efforts. The group assessed Western and Ukrainian capacities to tell their story and to reach the international community and the Russian people. This gathering was part of the Atlantic Council’s 100-day campaign to save Ukraine.
