The Atlantic Council’s Future of Iran Initiative invites you to a panel discussion on the current state and prospects for high tech ventures in Iran. Already one of the more diverse economies in the Middle East, Iran is poised to make major strides as a result of the sanctions relief that accompanied the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), the historic agreement reached by Iran with the US and other world powers last year. The panel will discuss the impact sanctions had on Iran's high-tech ventures, the current outlook, and the rules governing foreign investment in this growing sector.
