In November, the European Parliament passed a resolution stating that the Republic of Moldova, a member of the European Union Eastern Partnership, has made substantial progress and could eventually be considered for membership in other EU groups. At the same time, Russian disinformation and interference abroad has reached a crescendo, with Moldova a major target. As the republic continues to develop economically, enact reforms, and strengthen its ties with the EU, the West must pay attention to its progress and the threat posed by Russian activity in the region. The Atlantic Council has assembled panels of experts to discuss this and other topics related to the future of Moldova.
