Will Congress consider the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) when it reconvenes following the election? Supporters and detractors have carved out their positions. But the fate of TPP goes far beyond the provisions included in its 30 chapters. The agreement bears direct implication on US leadership not only in Asia and Latin America, but around the world. What would a failure to pass it mean for the US position in the world?

Join us for a timely event with two lightning-round conversations on the strategic and economic implications of TPP. Millennials, a group in which the Pew Research Center finds that nearly 7 in 10 of 18-to-29-year-olds support free trade, will join the panel of distinguished speakers. Following the event, please join us for a cocktail reception.
