A finance and investment professional with two decades of experience, Ms. Jaresko is working hard to ward off economic collapse, battle corruption, and reform Ukraine's economic institutions. 

Born and educated in the United States, Ms. Jaresko was the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Horizon Capital, which she cofounded.  Prior to that, she was the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Western NIS Enterprise Fund. 

Ms. Jaresko will share her insights on the Ukrainian Government’s ongoing program of economic and budget reforms. She will also discuss her experience as Minister of Finance in light of Ukraine’s negotiations with the international financial community over a comprehensive financial package for the country.
