Alexandra Hubbard-Gourlay is a 2025–2026 Millennium fellow and a senior director at Laurel Strategies, where she helps advise chief executive officers and leaders on strategy, public affairs, and communications, as well as navigating global crises and geopolitical events. She also helps lead strategy and execution at global convenings such as the World Economic Forum and Milken Global Forum, as well as firms’ investor conferences and anniversary convenings. She frequently leads planning for broadcast interviews, including multiple shows across Bloomberg, and has helped execute cover profiles in major magazines, including Forbes. Hubbard-Gourlay graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in international politics from Georgetown University, with a minor in French and francophone studies and an honors certificate in international business diplomacy. Previously, Hubbard-Gourlay helped build Slide, a software-as-a-service technology startup, as the company’s chief financial officer and a leader within the company’s Sales and People teams. She is an active member of New York Women in Communications and serves on the Associate Executive Leadership Committee of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
