Beatriz Guillen is a participant in the 2024 Executive Leadership Intensive and the executive director of the Resource Foundation. She has more than fifteen years of experience in international development and strategic philanthropy, liaising with the private sector, entrepreneurs, nongovernmental organizations, academia, and governments. She was responsible for launching the master of public administration in global leadership, a graduate degree for senior leaders in global policy at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. Prior to her role at Columbia University, Guillen worked regionally at CAF – Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean for ten years, where she co-founded its Social Innovation Office. Guillen is 92Y Women in Power fellow, a BMW Foundation’s Responsible Leader, and a board member for two nonprofit organizations: MENTEE and ALTERNA.
