Hafou Toure Samb is a Millennium fellow at the Atlantic Council and the founder and chief executive officer of HTS Partners, a financial advisory firm for small and medium enterprises based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. At HTS Partners, Samb works on multi-million-dollar fundraising transactions for clients across the African continent and focuses particularly on woman-owned enterprises in efforts to reduce the financing gap for women. Samb provides financing to African companies and works with multilateral development banks, specifically with the African Development Bank and the International Finance Corporation. In recognition of her work, Samb was recently selected as a Young Leader by the French African Foundation. In addition, she presents a series on national television called Parlons Business in which she shares financial and managerial strategies for running a successful business. Samb holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a master of public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
