Hamzeh O. El Jerbi is a 2022 Atlantic Council Millennium fellow and a Palestinian-Australian estimation engineer at the Consolidated Contractors Company in Greece. He has experience in cost control, risk management, and site engineering in Qatar and is a member of the Engineers Australia Committee–Qatar Chapter. El Jerbi believes that everyone has the individual responsibility to use their skills and resources to better all communities to which they belong to effect positive change.

El Jerbi holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Qatar University.
