Katie Kenney is an associate director with the Atlantic Council’s Global Energy Center, where she provides logistical assistance to support the center’s regular events and ambitious programming agenda, in particular by managing speaker and sponsor logistics for the center’s annual Global Energy Forum. Prior to joining the Atlantic Council, she worked for EDENS and the Dufour Collaborative, where she was responsible for producing events featuring members of Congress, former US presidents, ambassadors, and chief executive officers, in addition to managing large-scale operations for three unique event venues. Kenney graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communication and a minor in organizational science from George Washington University. She is a member of the Vital Voices Young Leaders Council of Washington, DC, a committee dedicated to raising awareness for the importance of women’s leadership and issues affecting women and girls worldwide.
