Marsha Parcou is a global advisor for the Women for Prosperity project with the Atlantic Council’s Freedom and Prosperity Center.

Based in the Seychelles, Parcou is a life coach, neuro-linguistic programming practitioner, and businesswoman with years of experience working with individuals and corporate teams. She is the founder of the lifestyle brand Fasinasyon, which offers range of services, including life coaching, beauty, and skincare products, and is planning to expand into health, nutrition, and exercise programs.  

Parcou has spoken on female entrepreneurship at the Women in Leadership workshop for Hilton Hotels in June 2022 and was an opening speaker at the Hilton Gastro Lounge for International Women’s Day 2022. She has also provided corporate coaching to organizations such as the Department of Tourism, Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority, Four Seasons Hotel Seychelles, and the Ministry of Youth, Sports, and Family. Parcou is the author of two self-help and lifestyle books.
