Max Adams is a 2021-2022 Veterans Advanced Energy fellow at the Atlantic Council and the chief strategy officer at Parasanti, where he works to drive strategic lines of effort and works with industry partners to bring the future of data and edge computing to clients in the federal and advanced energy spaces. Before joining Parasanti, Adams worked out of Fort Bragg, North Carolina, as a civil affairs soldier for US Army Special Operations Command, where he led cross-functional teams focused on integrating cutting-edge intelligence technologies into Special Operations Forces operations.
Adams has worked in Latin America and the Caribbean as a soldier and, previously, at a start-up in the wine industry. He is passionate about international development in Latin America and the future of energy.
Adams holds an MS in technology commercialization from the University of Texas at Austin, an MA in international affairs from Webster University, and a BA in international relations from Virginia Commonwealth University.
