Mor Yahalom is a 2024 Millennium fellow and is an expert in policy planning and implementation with a focus on the Middle East, US-Israel relations, and national security. Following the events of October 7, Yahalom was drafted to reserve service as Coordinator of Government Affairs in the Territories (COGAT) unit, where she leads the Medical Response Team to Gaza, a team dedicated to increasing accessibility to medical care and medical humanitarian aid. Additionally, Yahalom serves on the board of Forum Dvorah: Women in Foreign Policy and National Security.

Yahalom previously led global initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion at Google Research and served as chief of staff to former Deputy Foreign Minister Idan Roll, managing strategic processes relating to US-Israel relations, regional cooperation, and public diplomacy. Yahalom holds a master’s degree in public Affairs from Princeton’s School of Public and International Affairs, where she was selected as a Student Fellow at the Center for International Security Studies and co-chaired the Gender Policy Network.
