Mor Yahalom is a 2023 Millennium Leadership fellow and an expert in policy research, planning, and implementation with a focus on the Middle East, US-Israel relations, and national security. Yahalom is the founder and lead of the Shared Values Project, which is meant to strengthen ties between Israeli and American leaders and decision makers. Additionally, as a DEI Consultant at Google Research, she leads global initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. She previously served as chief of staff to former Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister Idan Roll, managing strategic processes and spearheading efforts to enhance US-Israel relations, regional cooperation, and public diplomacy.

Yahalom is committed to promoting gender equality and serves as a board member at Forum Dvorah: Women in Foreign Policy and National Security. She holds a master’s degree in public affairs from Princeton’s School of Public and International Affairs, where she was selected as a student fellow at the Center for International Security Studies and co-chaired the Gender Policy Network.
