Niels Graham was an associate director for the Atlantic Council GeoEconomics Center where he supported the center’s work on the Chinese economy and US international economic policy in the Indopacific. Prior to joining the Atlantic Council, he worked at McLarty Associates where he supported the firm’s clients as they engaged with the UN and other international government organizations. He has also worked at the Albright Stonebridge Group’s Global Practice, as well the Office of the President at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) where he was awarded the Pearce Prize.

His analysis and commentary have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, CNBC, and Politico, among others. 

Graham holds a bachelor degree from the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University, where he studied international affairs and economics with a focus on East Asia.
