Patrick Fish is a program assistant in the Forward Defense program of the Atlantic Council’s Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security. He contributes to the program’s defense strategy and military operations portfolio.
Previously, Fish interned with the Center for Strategic and International Studies’ Aerospace Security Program, where he contributed to the program’s research on global counterspace capabilities. As an undergraduate, Fish was awarded the Foreign Policy Association of Central Pennsylvania’s Student Scribe Scholarship for writing about Indo-American relations through the perspective of defense cooperation. Fish was also elected to serve as a judge of elections in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
Fish graduated from Pennsylvania State University’s School of Public Affairs receiving a bachelor of arts in political science.
