Riddhima Yadav is a 2025–2026 Millennium fellow and was most recently a vice president at Brookfield Asset Management, where she served as advisor to former Chair Mark Carney and also partnered closely with the renewables and transition business globally including helping launch Brookfield’s first transition fund for emerging markets, the Catalytic Transition Fund. Prior to that, Yadav was a founding team member of the Sustainable Finance Group at Goldman Sachs. She has deep expertise in advising corporates, investors, and sovereigns globally on climate and the energy transition and has served as a fellow for former US Secretary of State John Kerry and a fellow of the Economic Club of New York. Yadav holds a BA in ethics, politics, and economics from Yale and was named one of the most inspiring women in climate by The Climate Group. She has served on the boards of the TED Council, SAP Sustainability Advisory Board, and the We Are Family Foundation.
