International Monetary Fund Managing Director Christine Lagarde has confirmed that Greece has made a crucial €459 million ($A644.1m) payment to the fund.
“Yes, I’ve got my money back,” Ms Lagarde replied when asked at an Atlantic Council event whether Athens had made the payment on Thursday.
