On August 19, IPSI Nonresident Senior Fellow Thomas Cynkin was quoted in VOA Korea on the institutionalization of trilateral cooperation. In praising the success of the recent summit at Camp David, he specifically points to “the heroic actions of South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol and the corresponding actions of Prime Minister Fumio Kishida to restore friendly relations with Japan.”
