On March 27, Atlantic Council Senior Fellow Steven Grundman was quoted in a Vox article on “Why America ran out of protective masks – and what can be done about it,” by German Lopez. Grundman argued that “the current outbreak requires the federal government to get more hands-on than it has in the past.”
