On November 20, Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security Deputy Director Matthew Kroenig was mentioned in an Aviation Week article titled “What to Expect from Biden’s Pentagon.” In the piece, Kroenig was mentioned as predicting that Biden’s advisors will likely extend the New START treaty to allow for increased negotiation time.
