Providence Business News highlights the Cyber Statecraft Initiative of the Brent Scowcroft Center’s student competition Cyber 9-12:

Four Brown University students took first place in a national cybersecurity policy competition held in Washington, DC, on March 14-15, the first all-undergraduate team to win in the country.

The Cyber 9/12 Student Challenge is in its third year. Twenty teams were asked to assess a mock international cybersecurity crisis and develop a set of policy recommendations for US government officials as part of the challenge. The event is sponsored by the Atlantic Council, an international affairs think tank.
