The Atlantic Council held its seventh Energy and Economic Summit in İstanbul on Nov. 18-20. The summit came directly in the wake of the G-20 meeting in Antalya, and provided a platform for free discussion and debate over global political and economic developments, which have become ever-murkier post the recent Paris attacks.
