On May 2, Forward Defense senior Air Force fellow Lt Col Tyson Wetzel was quoted in an article in the Euromaidan Press titled “12 reasons why the West should arm Ukraine, now!” Wetzel asserts that the revived lend-lease program to send weapons and aid to Ukraine shows continued US commitment to Ukraine.
