Jacobo Ramos Folch is a participant in the 2025 European Leadership Accelerator hosted by the Atlantic Council’s Millennium Leadership Program. He is an international policy and public affairs consultant and a visiting professor at the Universidad de Navarra and IE University, where he teaches courses on international affairs, business-government relations, and the future of democracy. Most recently, he worked as a policy manager at the business advisory group to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), called Business at OECD, where he coordinated the engagement of global multinationals in OECD workstreams and ministerial summits.
Previously, he worked at BBVA Financial Group as a public affairs associate, where he focused on international government affairs and digital regulation. Ramos Folch also held roles in the office of former US Representative Tim Ryan, the Bundestag, and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.
Ramos Folch holds a master’s degree in international affairs with a concentration in business and technology from Georgetown University and received a scholarship from the La Caixa Foundation. He graduated summa cum laude from King’s College London and is fully fluent in Spanish, German, English, French, and Catalan.
