On February 13, Shawn Creamer, nonresident senior fellow in the GeoStrategy Initiative and Indo-Pacific Security Initiative, was featured by the National Bureau of Asian Research where he called on the US to develop a national strategy that clearly defines what victory looks like in future conflicts. Creamer emphasized the need to reinvest in national preparedness operations to ensure the country is ready for emerging security challenges.
