Just minutes before the September 30 deadline, the US, Mexico, and Canada reached a new trade deal after resolving several contentious issues of the 20-year old North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).

This trilateral trade deal will impact millions of jobs, trade-dependent communities, and investment in key sectors. What does the new deal look like and how have the areas of contention been worked out? Also, what will it mean for North America's global competitiveness and the broader US-Mexico-Canada relationship?
