The GeoTech Center is pleased to host a private webinar for the Federal community on Friday, June 9 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm EDT as part of a series of events to help Departments and Agencies build better data strategies and systems for artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled government services.
This event is closed to the press.
While the opportunities for AI to leverage Federal data is extensive and growing, agencies are challenged by rapidly growing data lakes (on-premises and cloud-based) and demand from both inside and outside the government to leverage and responsibly share that data equitably, securely, and with strong privacy protections. These demands require each data enterprise to have a data mesh and data fabric appropriate for AI-enabled applications, along with the capital and human resources needed to establish and use those applications effectively.
This 90-minute, rapid-fire webinar will bring together leaders from the Federal CIO, CDO, and mission data communities to discuss and share the opportunities and challenges for creating data infrastructures that are “AI-ready” and can be used to leverage and responsibly share data equitably and securely. Q&A for the registered Federal participants will be offered throughout the webinar.
Featuring
- Federal data and AI priorities: A fireside chat with Dominique Duval-Diop, US Chief Data Scientist, White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, moderated by Lloyd Whitman, Senior Director, GeoTech Center, Atlantic Council.
