The Atlantic Council—in partnership with the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) — is pleased to host a private workshop on the nuclear fuel cycle on Tuesday, September 17, from 12:00 – 3:00 p.m. at the Hilton Arlington National Landing (2399 Richmond Highway, Arlington, VA 22202).
This private event, which will take place on the sidelines of the ARPA-E 2024 Annual Fission Program Review Meeting, will engage venture capital investors and utility representatives in a conversation about the regulatory and legal aspects of recycling used nuclear fuel. The workshop will also serve as a forum to engage in dialogue with experts from ARPA-E about the development of innovative reprocessing and recycling technologies.
The meeting will take place following the Chatham House Rule. A working lunch will be provided at 12:00 p.m., to be followed by a panel at 1:00 p.m. and a moderated discussion involving all participants at 1:30 p.m.
If you have any questions about this event, please do not hesitate to contact Amy Drake at adrake@atlanticcouncil.org.
