Join Out in Energy on July 14 at 6 PM EDT for a hybrid event at the Georgetown Club in Washington, DC featuring Out energy leader, Mr. Tarak Shah, Chief of Staff at the Department of Energy.

This in-person event will include a happy hour, moderated discussion, and dinner (expenses paid); those unable to attend in-person will have the opportunity to join remotely via Zoom for the discussion with Mr. Shah and virtual networking sessions. Please note in-person availability is limited and we will notify you if/when in-person capacity has been reached.

This event is part of a series of Out in Energy engagements designed to educate network members on key energy trends and policies, connect people across the LGBTQI+ community working in energy and climate, and raise overall visibility for LGBTQI+ people working in these fields.

Please email network lead Zack Strauss at zstrauss@atlanticcouncil.org in order to RSVP to attend in-person. Should you register through the below online portal alone, we will assume you will be engaging remotely via Zoom. Business casual attire suggested.

If you have any questions or concerns, or if you would like to nominate someone to join the Network, please do not hesitate to reach out to Zack Strauss at zstrauss@atlanticcouncil.org.
